About

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities, architecture, and best practices, along with a strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business objectives.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    • leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules
    • ensuring alignment of ServiceNow solutions with business processes and strategic goals
    • developing and maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans
  • Implementation & Integration:
    • overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
    • integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
    • collaboration with developers and other IT staff to ensure successful deployment and transition to operational support
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • establishing and enforcing governance standards, development of guidelines, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform
    • conducting regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow implementations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives
    • translating business needs into technical solutions and presenting them to stakeholders for approval
    • providing expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders on leveraging ServiceNow for process optimization and innovation
  • Training & Mentorship:
    • mentoring and guiding junior team members and developers, providing technical leadership and support
    • developing and delivering training programs for end-users and IT staff to enhance their understanding and usage of ServiceNow
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends
    • identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the ServiceNow platform
    • participation in ServiceNow community forums and user groups to share knowledge and gain insights

 

What do we expect?

  • minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • proven track record of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • extensive experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules
  • in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and best practices
  • proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
  • strong understanding of integration technologies and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable
  • fluency in English
