We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and lead a team of application administrators. This is a key leadership role, requiring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent team management skills.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team members to achieve high performance and professional growth
  • Drive the recruitment process to expand and enhance your team’s capabilities
  • Develop your team’s competencies to align with evolving industry trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with other technology teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and knowledge sharing
  • Support presales activities, including solution design, technical presentations, and customer engagement
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee team activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Communicate directly with customers, gathering requirements, and preparing solution roadmaps to meet their needs
  • Identify opportunities for account growth (farming) and build long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Manage the cost-effectiveness of services, including resource allocation, budget planning, and financial reporting

 

What do we expect?

  • Proven leadership experience as a line manager, team leader, or project manager
  • Solid understanding of delivery of the AMS Services
  • Experience managing operational services and delivering managed solutions
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A results-driven, customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation abilities
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online
  • Fluent English
  • nice to have:
    • German language knowledge
