We are looking for the right candidate to fill the Line Manager position in the area of  SAP  Identity Management Services.

Your responsibilities

  • leading a team of SAP consultants with different seniority
  • hiring and extending your team
  • developing/influencing future capability in your team to follow trends on the customer side and in the IT world, creating quality development plans
  • close cooperation with other technology teams  in SAP or NON SAP area  within the company
  • supporting presales processes by providing inputs for the tenders, presentations etc.
  • service delivery coordination for different areas within your team ( Identity Management UAM, Role Management, ERP Interface , Solman, Audit and Compliance, GRC,  IDM )
  • You will cooperate and closely support project teams as well as managed service services  
  • independent planning and coordination of teamwork in different project areas
  • communication with the customer, supporting operational part of the project
  • farming existing accounts
  • responsibility for cost-effectiveness of individual services, resource management, budget planning, regular reporting

  

What do we expect?

  • 5 years of experience in leadership as a line manager or team leader
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • know how to handle daily operations with customer/client
  • overview of the SAP ERP system is a great advantage
  • overview of IT service delivery
  • overview about AMS and/or IMS
  • experience with the operation of managed services
  • strong decision-making skills and ability to handle work under pressure
  • good time management and strong flexibility/agility in delivery
  • customer- and goal-orientation and strong negotiation skills
  • experience with tools like Jira, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint online
  • fluency in English and German (advantage)
  • nice to have:
  • experience with the implementation of managed services
  • experience in the area of identity management
