Senior Business Analyst for eMobility

About

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of eMobility platforms and Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS). In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, drive solution design discussions and ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation in a complex Agile environment.

Your responsibilities

  • gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; challenge solutions for business value and feasibility
  • ensure requirements traceability, consistency, and quality throughout delivery
  • analyze business processes, data flows, integrations, gaps, and dependencies
  • facilitate workshops and collaborate with POs, Architects, Engineering, and stakeholders
  • support Agile / SAFe delivery, business readiness, and cross-functional collaboration
  • act as a trusted advisor bridging business and technical teams

 

What do we expect?

  • several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst or similar role
  • strong experience with requirements engineering, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • experience working in complex digital products, platforms or enterprise environments
  • ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • fluency in English
  • nice to have:
    • eMobility or EV charging domain knowledge
    • Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS) experience
    • experience in large-scale enterprise environments
    • German language
