expertise.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Identify whether issues relate to \u003Cstrong>SAP IS-U billing\u003C/strong>, \u003Cstrong>market communication (MAKO), data quality, or business process execution.\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Assist in\u003Cstrong> coordinating operational activities\u003C/strong> across internal teams, vendors, and customers.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Participate in monthly service reviews and help prepare \u003Cstrong>SLA reports\u003C/strong> and customer presentations.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support\u003Cstrong> testing activities\u003C/strong>, release Handler, Customer Operations, or similar.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong understanding of \u003Cstrong>energy industry business processes\u003C/strong>, including:\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Annual billing\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Customer switching\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Contract management\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Meter reading processes\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Dunning and payment processes\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Practical knowledge of \u003Cstrong>German energy market communication\u003C/strong> (MAKO), including familiarity with messages such as UTILMD, MSCONS,
