reports\u003C/strong> to support HR and business decision-making.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare accurate and timely \u003Cstrong>inputs and supporting data for payroll processing\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Collect, validate and consolidate HR data from different sources.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Identify data inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information and coordinate their resolution.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support the \u003Cstrong>end-to-end payroll-related processes\u003C/strong> from an HR data perspective.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare regular and ad-hoc \u003Cstrong>HR reports, analyses and dashboards\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Analyse HR data and identify trends, deviations and areas for improvement.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of HR data.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support HR teams with \u003Cstrong>data-driven insights\u003C/strong> and reporting.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and other relevant stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support the implementation and improvement of \u003Cstrong>HR processes and reporting standards\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Provide HR data and documentation required for internal and external stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support activities related to \u003Cstrong>labor law and HR compliance\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor relevant changes in \u003Cstrong>labor legislation\u003C/strong> and support their implementation into HR processes.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure that HR-related data and documentation are maintained in accordance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of \u003Cstrong>HR reporting and data processes\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support audits and other compliance-related activities by providing accurate HR data and documentation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Handle sensitive HR information expect?\u003C/em>\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>3+ years of experience in HR\u003C/strong>, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Payroll or a related field.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Practical experience with \u003Cstrong>HR data analysis and reporting\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience with \u003Cstrong>payroll processes\u003C/strong> and preparation of payroll-related inputs.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Good understanding of \u003Cstrong>HR processes and labor legislation\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong analytical and numerical skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience working with \u003Cstrong>HR systems / HRIS\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Advanced \u003Cstrong>MS Excel\u003C/strong> skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to work with large amounts of data and identify discrepancies or trends.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to translate HR data into clear and meaningful reports and insights.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong organizational and time-management skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience with \u003Cstrong>Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools\u003C/strong> is an advantage.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience in an international or
