Join our team as a SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite Administrator, supporting the administration, security, connectivity, monitoring, and lifecycle management of enterprise integration platforms. You’ll work with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), and SAP Cloud Connector, ensuring reliable platform operations, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting developers and architects in a complex enterprise environment.

 

Project

The project focuses on the administration and operational support of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) in an enterprise environment. The role covers platform administration, security, connectivity, monitoring, troubleshooting, user and access management, and lifecycle management across different environments.

You’ll work closely with developers, architects, SAP Support, and other stakeholders to maintain stable and secure integration platforms and resolve platform-related issues.

Your responsibilities

  • administer SAP BTP environments, including Global Accounts, subaccounts, directories and services
  • create and configure subaccounts and manage service subscriptions
  • manage users, roles, certificates and SAP Cloud Identity Services
  • configure quotas and destinations within SAP BTP
  • support incidents and coordinate with SAP Support when required
  • administer and monitor SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI) tenants
  • monitor and troubleshoot iFlows, APIs and integration components
  • manage certificates, Keystore / Truststore, roles and Identity Providers
  • configure connectivity, destinations and APIs
  • support transport and lifecycle management across different environments
  • manage user requests, GRC requests and platform access
  • handle Mailshift tickets and monitor tenant degradations and outages
  • perform regular user cleanup and SAP CI adapter update checks
  • support developers and architects with SAP BTP and Integration Suite platform-related topics
  • administer and maintain SAP Cloud Connector
  • create and manage connections between SAP Cloud Connector and backend/on-premise systems
  • perform upgrades and configuration changes for SAP Cloud Connector
  • monitor connectivity and troubleshoot connection issues
  • support Principal Propagation and HA configurations

 

What do we expect?

  • several years of experience with SAP BTP and/or SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI
  • hands-on experience with BTP Cockpit, subaccounts, services, and user/role management
  • good knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and connectivity concepts
  • experience working with certificates, Keystore / Truststore, and Identity Providers
  • experience with monitoring and troubleshooting integration flows and APIs
  • knowledge of destinations, service keys, and lifecycle / transport management
  • experience with ITSM, incident handling, and request management
  • strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • ability to work effectively with developers, architects, and SAP Support
  • fluent English
  • German is an advantage
  • nice to have:
    • experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad / SAP Work Zone
    • experience with SAP HANA Cloud
    • experience with SAP API Management
    • knowledge of SAP CI adapters
    • SAP BTP / Integration Suite certification
    • experience with Cloud Foundry / Kyma
