contact for employees and managers\u003C/strong>, providing support across the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and employee development to offboarding\u003C/li>\u003Cli>coordinate \u003Cstrong>learning and development activities\u003C/strong>, identify training needs together with managers, organize internal and external trainings and support individual development plans\u003C/li>\u003Cli>support \u003Cstrong>recruitment activities when needed\u003C/strong>, including preparation of job descriptions, candidate sourcing and screening, interviews and communication with hiring managers\u003C/li>\u003Cli>manage day-to-day \u003Cstrong>HR administration\u003C/strong>, including employment documentation, employee records and HR system data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance\u003C/li>\u003Cli>ensure HR documentation, processes and internal policies are aligned with \u003Cstrong>Slovak labour legislation\u003C/strong> and company requirements\u003C/li>\u003Cli>prepare and analyse \u003Cstrong>HR reports and key people metrics\u003C/strong>, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absence and learning & development data, and turn insights into practical recommendations\u003C/li>\u003Cli>coordinate the \u003Cstrong>performance management process\u003C/strong> and support managers with performance reviews, employee feedback and development planning\u003C/li>\u003Cli>support \u003Cstrong>employee relations and engagement\u003C/strong>, address day-to-day HR topics and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment\u003C/li>\u003Cli>provide accurate employee data and HR inputs for \u003Cstrong>payroll processing\u003C/strong> and cooperate with Finance and external payroll providers\u003C/li>\u003Cli>actively contribute to \u003Cstrong>HR projects, process improvements, standardisation and automation\u003C/strong>, helping us make HR processes more efficient and Generalist\u003C/strong> or in a similarly broad HR role\u003C/li>\u003Cli>good knowledge of \u003Cstrong>Slovak labour legislation\u003C/strong> and its practical application in day-to-day HR activities\u003C/li>\u003Cli>hands-on experience with \u003Cstrong>learning and development\u003C/strong>, including coordination of trainings and development initiatives\u003C/li>\u003Cli>practical experience in \u003Cstrong>recruitment\u003C/strong>, candidate screening and cooperation with hiring managers\u003C/li>\u003Cli>ability to work with \u003Cstrong>HR data and reporting\u003C/strong> and translate findings into clear and useful insights\u003C/li>\u003Cli>confident use of \u003Cstrong>Excel, Microsoft Office and HR systems\u003C/strong>\u003C/li>\u003Cli>strong communication skills
